Cliff’s Way Welding a division, is built on a foundation of practical engineering expertise, precision fabrication, and uncompromising quality. Our capability extends beyond welding alone, we deliver engineered fabrication solutions that are robust, manufacturable, and fit for purpose in demanding industrial environments.

Cliff’s Way Welding was founded in 2015, with leadership provided by Eric Bertillon,

Eric holds a BTech in Mechanical Engineering and brings over 15 years of industrial engineering experience to Cliff’s Way Welding. His background bridges engineering design and practical fabrication, ensuring that all welded and fabricated components meet both technical requirements and real-world manufacturing constraints.

Eric spent seven years in the mixer industry working as a Contracts Engineer, where he was responsible for:

Mechanical design coordination
Equipment specification and selection
Project execution and delivery
Ensuring technical compliance across multiple industrial projects

In addition, he has eight years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing and fabrication environment, with extensive exposure to:

Structural and mechanical fabrication
Welding processes and procedures
Machining and assembly
Quality control and inspection
Commissioning of mechanical equipment

This depth of experience provides the Welding Division with a strong understanding of design for manufacture, structural integrity, tolerancing, and equipment reliability—critical factors when fabricating components and assemblies for harsh operating conditions.

Eric’s ability to bridge engineering design and shop-floor execution ensures that all welded and fabricated products are not only compliant with drawings and specifications, but also practical, efficient to manufacture, and aligned with real-world site requirements. This approach allows Cliff’s Way Engineering to deliver welding solutions that are durable, cost-effective, and engineered to perform.

Mig Welding (GMAW)
