A young man with a passion for engineering had a dream to have his own company.
In 1987, Brian Dixon actioned his dreams and became a co-founder of Cliff’s Way Engineering. He has since then become the sole owner and continues to achieve his life’s goals with the same amount of passion.
Cliff’s Way Engineering is a dynamic, general precision engineering company, where our team dedicates themselves to quality products and great service all working towards the same goals.

BRIAN DIXON
- the founding director -
Brian has over 40 years of knowledge and experience in management as well as time worked on the machines, and is now sharing his expertise.
Coming from a mechanical and technical college, he obtained his NTC5 in Mechanical Engineering and is a qualified Turner Machinist by trade.
Brian not only has technical experience and knowledge, he also oversees marketing and management of Cliff’s Way Engineering.
GREGG DIXON
- the next generation -
Gregg has obtained a BCOM in Business Management and working his way up to the top.
Gregg has had technical experience working on both the machines as well as spent time in the estimation and procurement department giving him well rounded knowledge of the business.
Gregg is currently involved in management and marketing at Cliff’s Way Engineering.
Cliff’s Way Engineering has been very blessed over many years with a complimentary staff that come well trained, with years of on the job experience in our sector. Our employees, have great passion and pride for what ever task they are completing.
